Restaurant Manager - De Bhatti

De Bhatti, a cozy and authentic Nepalese restaurant/bar, is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing an inviting and unique dining experience, where our team and customers feel like family.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive sales and profitability through innovative strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a related role.
- Proven ability to manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience in Nepalese cuisine or similar restaurant/bar environments is highly desirable.
- Current Approved Manager license and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality industry.
