We are currently looking for a Field Test Lead to join V&V team in Perth, WA.

Reporting into the Systems Assurance Manager, the Field Test Lead is accountable for the execution of signalling integration and site acceptance tests execution. The Field Test Lead will manage signalling field testing activities from scope definition to field execution.

This pivotal role will require interfacing with various stakeholders to coordinate field testing activities execution (including possession requests, rostering, logistics).

Whilst not a FIFO role, travel to site will be required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of Field Testers (allocate activities, ensure deliverables meet standards, manage competencies)
- Liaise with different internal stakeholders to establish field program of works
- Define and maintain signalling field testing activities program
- Define and maintain signalling field testing work package (resources, cost,...)
- Responsible for identifying resources need and planning workload considering rostering constraints
- Define scope of works and manage contractors supporting testing activities
- Communicate with external stakeholders to define access to external systems
- Work closely with customer to define joint integration strategy
- Liaise with Installation Team to ensure assets are ready before Field testing activities

**About You**
- Experience in complex railway system integration project
- System interface and project delivery experience is highly preferred
- Familiar with test and commissioning of signalling moving block system
- Tertiary qualification in project management
- Experience in mining industry desirable
