About the role

We’re seeking a Marketing Cloud Journey Designer, who will be responsible for designing and building journeys using SFMC.

You’ll join a team whose aim is to re-imagine Transurban’s core customer communications and marketing activities as personalised, multi-channel journeys.

As our Marketing Cloud Journey Designer, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Liaise with key stakeholders to capture requirements, design then build campaigns and also test and deploy them- Work with various business areas to understand business problems, customer pain points and goals- Create a backlog of journeys to be built and participate in prioritisation discussions and planning sessions- Assist in the roll out of SFMC Einstein (AI) capability across post-integration customer journeys- Contribute to the establishment of a robust, automated reporting system

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- At least 3 years’ of business experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform)- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, design and build of complex, multi-channel journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform)- Stakeholder collaboration, consulting and influencing skills- Experience in documenting and presenting journey designs, and preparation of journey reporting packs- Skills in SQL
