**About the Role**:
The role is responsible for developing robust, clear and creative recommendations across all digital channels that interconnect with broader channels to deliver great results for our clients.

Working within a Client team, you will support the Digital Manager who is the primary point of contact & digital lead across multiple clients. You will also collaborate with the Investment and Strategy teams particularly when activating, optimising and reporting on campaigns.

You will have a sound understanding of programmatic inclusive of and beyond the DV360 ecosystem, social and SEM and be comfortable with pulling data from industry and publisher lead platforms, i.e EDAM and Roy Morgan to help form your recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Planning, Delivery and Reporting**
- As above
- Provide digital recommendations to the agency team and clients for tactical approaches
- Coordinate with traders and ad ops to ensure campaign plans can be executed and delivered in full.
- Ensuring effective campaign delivery tracking with programmatic traders using tools such as Domo.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports as required.

**Project Management**
- Work collaboratively with Strategy | Digital Investment and the Client Partners team.
- Bringing to life the strategy via implementation and selecting the right media channels to deliver on the brief.
- Adheres to the agency process and can work with the various teams to deliver upon the client recommendation.
- Contribute to the improvement of the digital process and develop ways that will assist the agency to produce work more efficiently.
- Ability to use syndicated audience tools (Nielsen, RMR, Google Analytics).
- Develop and maintain relationships with media partners and Digital Investment to ensure we have the best PMP/PG rates possible for the agency.
- Update and maintain product/inventory rates and rate card.
- Contribute to weekly WIPs and communicate priorities to traders for campaign management.

**Client Management**
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the client’s business (brand and corporate) and their needs.
- Having an informed point of view on developments and opportunities pertaining to digital relevant for each client.
- Will escalate any issues to your Manager to ensure smooth running of the account(s).
- Share digital media experiences/case studies/updates to clients and the broader agency.
- Be present in client WIPs/meetings to provide programmatic/biddable media input and insights.

**Financial Management**
- Works with Digital Investment Directors/Traders and Digital Manager to develop investment/negotiation strategies to maximise the execution of media plans to best deliver on client objectives.
- Ensure with trading that campaigns are running with the correct budgets.
- Ensures client budget reconciliations are maintained and up to date for their portfolio

**Who We Are Seeking**:
**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Degree qualified in communications, marketing/advertising or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge and experience in all facets of programmatic/biddable media planning and buying.
- An understanding of what you need to do to answer a brief and the ability to work with the client to get the best inputs.
- Numerical astuteness.
- Has 2 years’ experience.

**Skills**:

- DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Adservers
- Strong understanding of programmatic/biddable media (technology and implementation)
- Familiarity with SEM/SEO

- Salary package $75,000 + superannuation + bonus.
