**About the Role**

This role enables delivery of key SharePoint records management projects and initiatives across the department, working closely with Enterprise Technology and managed service providers. You will sit within the Records Management branch and provide technical expertise and specialist advice relating to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Records Management Systems.

**Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- Take a lead _records and knowledge management_ role to implement and develop collaboration technologies (M365) and manage-records-in-place.
- Engage with business and technical support teams, gather requirements, contribute to the design, test and implement and improve collaboration platforms.
- Play a leading records management role with record/data migration.
- Oversee training and change management activities.
- Work closely with managed service providers and industry stakeholders to identify industry best practice and product development.
- Advise, as key stakeholder, in procurement and evaluation process of contracts and services.
- Provide strategic advice to the Manager, Records Management and senior DTP management regarding SharePoint & Microsoft Teams
- Prepare complex reports, advice and business plans.

Able to guide others in operating digital and technology tools relevant to area of work. Understands the impact of internal IT landscape to daily operations.

Ability to considers a broad range of topics (beyond immediate area of work), works across DTP and government.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Extensive experience with information and records management systems and tools, including SharePoint and M365, in a large government or corporate organisation.
- Strong understanding of the Victorian Legislative framework for records management.

**Desirable**
- Tertiary qualification or comparable experience
- Experience with RecordPoint/Records365
- Experience with Content Manager
- ITIL Experience or qualifications
- Project management experience
