**About the Client**
a not-for-profit, professional peak body that represents all health and research professionals working in all fields of respiratory health.

They are a leading provider of evidence-based guidelines for the treatment of respiratory conditions in Australia and New Zealand. They provide industry research, professional education, training, and ongoing support to their members.

**About the person**

You will have previous administration experience and excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as be organised and have excellent time management skills.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provide administration support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Support the Board & Committee, organise the venue and online meetings and catering, set up agendas, take minutes and process actions
- Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks, monitor invoices, and raise purchase orders
- Prepare & draft written content and update the website
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office functions & manage office supplies
- Complete general administrative and ad hoc tasks

**To be successful you will have**:

- The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in a financial support function
- Experience in a customer service or administration role
- Previous experience in secretarial support
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and form good working relationships
- A high-level initiative and strong organisational skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience using MYOB or similar
