**About You/ Role***

Administer established contracts, in accordance with approved procedures, to achieve delivery of contractual obligations to agreed standards.
- Flexible and proactive responsiveness to change direction and priorities.
- Self-directed and highly motivated.
- Strong team player and ability to work collaboratively.
- High level communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The desire to work in a demanding, dynamic and fast paced environment.

This role is an ongoing full time permanent position. Based in Sydney CBD, with Hybrid working (Office and Working from home)

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the value of public education.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
- Experience in preparation and review of procurement related documents, such as tenders, procurement strategy, specifications, tender evaluation plans, reports and contracts
