**The Opportunity**:
As an HR Advisor at CareSuper, you will play a vital role in supporting our People & Culture team. With a focus on end-to-end recruitment, supporting the implementation of performance management processes, as well as contributing to a wide variety of HR initiatives - no day is ever the same

In this role, you’ll typically:

- Support the talent acquisition team by managing end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles. This would include job posting, screening, interviewing, and pre-boarder tasks.
- Support relevant learning and development (L&D) activities, including tasks associated with the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) framework.
- Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, coordinating relevant events or activities.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Formal education and/or practical experience in HR management or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role - could suit a HR Coordinator, looking for a step up.
- Proficiency in using various HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and prioritisation of quality.
- Strong sense of ethics and professionalism, especially in handling confidential data.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time management abilities.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments, with a positive attitude and resourcefulness.
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to work independently, taking initiative when necessary.
