People & Culture Administrator

We are seeking a People & Culture Administrator to perform a range of administrative duties throughout the employee lifecycle. Some administration experience would be preferred but HR experience is not essential.

This role would suit someone with a few years of administrative experience and an interest in human resources, or a recent business graduate. You will have excellent attention to detail, willingness to learn and work as a team, ability to organise and meet deadlines, clear communication skills and confidence with technology and learning new systems. Most importantly of all, your values will be consistent with LDK’s people-first work culture.
The People and Culture (P&C) Administrator will be trained to support a range of transactional HR services, including:
- **Induction** - preparing for our New Employee Day 1 Induction - ordering supplies, booking rooms and providing general support to the P&C Manager to run the session.
- **Compliance Administration** - checking various online systems for work related checks and licenses.
- **System Administration** - updating our various electronic P&C systems and pulling reports as required.
- **Support to P&C Manager** - providing administrative support to achieve annual P&C objectives including performance reviews, annual mandatory training, vaccination drives, engagement surveys and cultural events.

- Qualifications/Certificates_
- Recent tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources would be highly regarded but is not essential.
- Skills, knowledge, experience and behavioral:_
- 1 - 3 years of administrative experience would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated IT proficiency in learning corporate digital platforms or similar.
- Experience in completing work requiring attention to detail - to a high standard.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time.
- Demonstrated team skills either personally or in business, and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
