HR Business Partner

Exciting opportunity in Australia Join us as a Human Resources Business Partner on a 12-month maternity leave contract. You’ll be pivotal in supporting our business areas, collaborating closely with senior leadership, and reporting to the HR Manager Business Partnering.
- What are my accountabilities?_- Develop and implement HR strategy and key initiatives.- Collaborate with HR colleagues and Centre of Excellence leaders.- Drive HR agenda alongside Business Unit/Functional leaders to achieve business objectives.- Embed Sedgwick culture and values in partnership with Business Unit/Functional leaders.- Work closely with international HR colleagues.- Provide effective ER/IR/performance management solutions to achieve positive outcomes.
- About you_:
- Generalist HR management experience, adept at influencing senior leaders.- Exposure to supporting organizational change (business and culture).- Experience in a matrix organization.- Background in Insurance/Claims Management/Professional Services.- Proficiency in HR systems, ideally with prior experience in Workday.- Demonstrated success in Employee Relations (ER) case management.
