**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Administrative Officer to join the EMR team at Northern Health.

The Administrative Officer will provide support to the EMR project and assist with training administration as required. The role will involve scheduling of meetings and training sessions, diary management, minute taking, proof reading and formatting and general administration as required to support the project. The successful applicant will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem solving. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word Is required, and LMS administration experience would be advantageous yet not essential.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Ability to consistently demonstrate behaviours that reinforce the values of our organisation; Safe, Kind, Together with all project stakeholders; colleagues and our patients and consumers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills and computer systems knowledge
