Reporting to the HR Director, you will help drive engagement across the A/NZ region by enhancing internal communications to employees as part of the HR team’s engagement and culture plan.

The role serves to ensure all employees understand the Equifax purpose and values, and ensure consistency of brand and messaging across all internal touch points.

**What you’ll do**:

- Create communications content, plans and calendars for people related events
- Coordinate all logístical onsite events sponsored by the HR Team, including virtual Town Halls and in office activities
- Support relevant committees to communicate events that enhance employee connection
- Provide support to key functions on communication of projects/initiatives
- Create and broadcast relevant newsletters
- Build and strengthen our employer brand both internally and externally, contributing content to Linked In fortnightly to grow brand awareness
- Team champion for Power your Possible - raising awareness internally and externally
- Promote our Equifax culture, organisational updates and achievements, aligned to the HR team Culture and Engagement plan
- Promote employee alignment to our Values and share those stories
- Ensure that key L&D initiatives and programs are communicated effectively across the business

**What experience you need**:

- Excellent communication skills (advantageous to have previous experience in internal communications)
- You must love writing (and be great at it)
- Experience coordinating events
- Worked for a medium to large company
- Creative thinking / bringing great ideas to life
- Excellent stakeholder management
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude - great focus on employee experience and strong interpersonal skills
