Electrical Design of Switchboards
- Production of Electrical Drawings
- AutoCAD Experience is a Must

Seeking an experienced Switchboard Drafter to join a growing business based in Brisbane.

Responsibilities include:

- Electrical Design and Drafting of LV and MV switchboards
- Compliance with OH&S standards
- Collaboration with Project Managers and Designers to create innovative designs whilst remaining compliant with Australian Standards
- Project specific document and revision control
- Liaising with Project Managers regarding design approval and changes during construction of the Switchboards
- Inspection of Switchboards during manufacturing process

Skills required:

- Previous Switchboard design experience - Low and Medium Voltage. 3+ years
- AutoCAD skills are essential. Solidworks and Microstation would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of electrical standards - AS3000 & AS/NZ61439
- Component knowledge
- Enclosure knowledge - capacity and manufacturing - a definite plus
