As a Business Direc Advisor suppor ing our business cus omers, you will be providing cus omers wi h excep ional firs con ac service resolu ion as well as educa ing cus omers abou he digi al op ions available. As he firs poin of con ac for hese cus omers, you will be suppor ing hem hrough heir day
- o-day banking needs and helping hem grow heir passion in o a successful, hriving business.

A ypical day for you involves:

- aking calls from all segmen s of Business cus omers and resolving heir ini ial query
- Building rappor and credibili y and remaining presen wi h he individual ha I am alking o
- Clearly ar icula ing he digi al op ions available for cus omers hrough In erne Banking desk op or mobile applica ions
- Ac ively par icipa ing and con ribu ing o he daily opera ing rhy hm including skilling, repor ing and servicing s andards
- Ac ively seeking oppor uni ies o improve on curren processes
- Ac ively par icipa ing in professional developmen, 1:1 performance managemen and coaching sessions wi h my eam Lead o improve performance

his role may be based in Melbourne CBD or Knox (your preference). In he firs 3 mon hs, raining will ake place in ei her loca ion, Monday o Friday be ween 9am and 5pm. Following his you will be working on a ro a ing ros er across our opening hours of Monday - Friday (8am - 8pm).

his role will require you o be onsi e o ruly reach your po en ial as a Business Direc Adviser as we suppor you wi h a robus raining program and onsi e leader and SME suppor. he oppor uni y o work a hybrid model will be considered in consul a ion wi h your leader once role compe ency is consis en ly me.

Salary is $65,347 + super
