**Who you are**:

- Minimum 3+ years experience in project management/coordinator essential.
- Background in building and construction highly regarded, however not essential.
- Certificate in Construction Management, preferred.
- Experience with AroFlo Job Management System or similar.
- Experience with accounts system Xero or similar.
- Exceptional written and communication with time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

**What you’ll do**:

- Prepare pre-modification works by uploading and sending quote requests, confirm scope of

works, materials and variations, liaising with funding bodies and occupational therapists.
- Prepare project documentation for approved jobs.
- Order custom materials via POs through Aroflo.
- During modification you will schedule trades, hire equipment, send WOs/POs, chaise

payments.
- Ensure all progress updates are entered and projects are on schedule and remain on budget.
- Communicate and update clients, occupational therapists and funding bodies.
- Problems solve issues and manage the approval of timesheets.
- Post modification you will ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the approval of invoices.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Reporting.
- Other duties as required.
