Coach Tours of Australia (CTOA) is a division of the Donric Group.

**Due to our continued growth we are currently looking for an experienced Tour Consultant for CTOA.**

The role of the Tour Consultant is to develop, sell and co-ordinate domestic group tours using a coach or bus as the main mode of transport.

The Tour Consultant will be working with our range of tours which are tailored for the sectors we service. You will tailoring specific tours for those customers wanting something unique. Key focus of this role is sales and customer retention for our tours. The customer experience will be the forefront of all tasks. As well as providing the bus transport element, you will also be organizing with third party suppliers accommodation, attractions, airline flights, meal venues etc.

The principal responsibilities of this position are:

- Sales
- Product knowledge
- Marketing
- Product Delivery
- Administration

**PRE-REQUISTES FOR THE ROLE**
- Frontline sales role experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Marketing experience will be highly regarded
- Social media platform advertising experience
- Cert III in tourism, preferable
- Current Victorian driver’s license

- Energetic and motivated self-starter with excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and successfully manage stakeholders
- Experience in identifying new sales opportunities and developing a long-term sales pipeline
- Throughout understanding of profit and margin and implementing tours to meet their financial projects and customer expectations
- Strong negotiating skills in bargaining to purchase goods and services from third party suppliers at economical prices
- Able to handle complaints in a positive manner
- Strong time management skills in order to meet tight deadlines while multi-tasking under pressure
- Sound computer literacy skills
- Able to work in a team environment
