**About the role**
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, the role will see you recruiting a variety of predominantly construction based roles, ranging from entry level Labourers and Operators to Surveyors, Leading Hands and Supervisors. You will be responsible for undertaking strategic sourcing activities for key roles within the business as well as volume recruitment for entry level roles, as required.

Your responsibilities include:

- Determine appropriate recruitment strategies to identify key talent for specific roles.
- Develop recruitment strategies for roles which have a recognised skills shortage within the industry/market.
- Conduct necessary background checks, pre-employment medicals as well as behavioural assessments, as required.
- Conduct company orientation sessions with new employees as required.
- Assist in developing effective recruitment processes to streamline and improve internal efficiencies.
- Assist in the review of existing and new policies and procedures

**About you**
As the newest member of the team, we'd love you to have:

- Recruitment experience gained within agency, internal or both with a blue collar/construction focus.
- Experience within the civil/infrastructure sector or related industries will be considered essential.
- Previous experience working across job sites, conducting interviews and on-boarding activities.
- Experience in developing strategies to identify talent for critical roles.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
