Car Wash/cleaning Attendant

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Car Wash/Cleaning Attendant to join our team. As a Car Wash/Cleaning Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional car washing services to our customers. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized facility will contribute to a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and maintaining public areas/Showroom. This involves vacuuming, mopping, cleaning of bathroom, replenishing amenities
- Operate car wash equipment and machinery, including soap dispensers, brushes, and drying systems, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Thoroughly clean the exterior of vehicles, ensuring the removal of dirt, grime, and debris, while being cautious of any delicate surfaces or accessories.
- Pay close attention to detail while cleaning, ensuring that each vehicle is washed to a high standard and no areas are missed.
- Vacuum and clean the interior of vehicles, including the dashboard, seats, and floor mats, boots.
- Check vehicle windows and mirrors for streaks and spots, and address them promptly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning the car wash bays, sweeping, and disposing of trash.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
- Follow company policies and guidelines for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, particularly during peak times.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on car wash equipment, such as refilling soap and cleaning brushes, to ensure optimal functionality.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on new car wash techniques, equipment, and customer service strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, car detailing, or car washing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
- Knowledge of car cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is beneficial.
