Our client provides a range of independent consulting, procurement, installation, commissioning and testing services that are at the forefront of fire and emergency prevention and risk minimization. We are part of the Precise Air Group of Companies with offices throughout Australia.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to employ a full time **Invoicing Administrator** based at Lidcombe.

This role will suit an **experienced invoicing clerk** who has **demonstrated **experience in a fast-paced **service **orientated business. Fire industry experience will be an advantage but **not essential**.

**You will have experience in**:

- Excellent customer service both verbal and written
- Intermediate MS office skills including the use of excel
- Previous experience using an ERP system, Pronto & Uptick experience would be looked on favorably
- Reconciliation of quotes to actual work completed to ensure all work has been invoiced
- Confirming job completion, including entering information and raising invoices
- Timesheets
- Purchase orders and raising/closing jobs
- General support to the Service Manager including processing of service report sheets and timesheets.
