**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As an Adviser Support Officer, you will play an invaluable role contributing to the overall adviser/customer experience. You will provide high quality service and support across a broad range of internal and external customers and play an integral role in the effective facilitation of adviser-centric relationship support and administration functions.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Support internal and external stakeholders with general queries relating to Adviser Services, including product and process related queries
- Build strong relationships with the Adviser interactions team, to enable a better internal customer experience
- Process adviser-specific transactions, including advice fees
- Communicate with advisers and advised members, as required
- Escalate complex queries to the Adviser Servicing Specialists as required

This role is initially available as a 11-month fixed term opportunity until October 2024.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- A genuine passion for customer service
- Have an aptitude for learning and be comfortable with change and innovation
- Enjoy working in fast paced, structured environment
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft office suite (e.g. Outlook,
Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 6:30pm and you will need to be flexible to commit to a rotating roster.
