We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sydney

**What you will do**

As a Solutions Consultant at Funnel, your main responsibilities are proving the value of Funnel to prospects and customers by supporting them in the assessment period from a technical standpoint, sharing customer best practices, and solving complex data use cases. “Success” is the customer's understanding of how Funnel will help them achieve their business goals. In this role, you will lead technical conversations around data integration, transformation, and consult how to bring customers’ reporting to the next level. You will team up with commercial teams daily and collaborate with Product Development on product improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and drive technical pre-sales conversations with prospects
- Project lead on solving complex use cases for customers
- Become an expert in using the Funnel platform
- Advocate for your customers and provide feedback to the product team to make the product even better
- Lead and collaborate with other members of the Solution Consulting team on global initiatives, such as best practice material
- Manage product trainings for Customer Success, Sales, Support

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of 3-6 years working in Solutions Consulting and managing complex client cases
- Proven track record of contributions of at least $2M in annual revenue.
- Experience working with SaaS products and leading technical pre-sales conversation with marketing professionals and C-level executives in the MarTech industry
- You have domain knowledge of digital platforms and experience in working with data, marketing analytics, or performance reporting
- Experience working with data architecture and Data Warehouse (Snowflake, Big Query)
- Ability to do light SQL
- Previous experience with Visualisation tools like Tableau & Looker
- You have experience and enjoy working in a client-facing role
- Consulting / Process change experience focused on using new technology to bring improvements to businesses
- Worked with Microsoft Excel, Google sheets and similar
- An additional language like German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc is considered a plus at Funnel

**Other information**

This role is located in the Funnel Sydney office. We value increased in-person collaboration, and as such, we work a **minimum of four days a week from our offices.**

**Salary**: $99,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
