he role:
As a na ural leader who is passiona e abou growing and building rela ionships wi h cus omers, whils balancing risk and delivering he righ ou comes, he Business Banking Execu ive will own he overall performance of he eam including cus omer ou comes, financial performance, opera ional managemen and mee ing he rising communi y expec a ions of banks.

As he face of NAB, you will role model NAB's values and behaviours in he communi y and leverage a deep unders anding of he local marke and broader indus ry rends.

he role and day o day will include:

- Planning a geographic approach for business developmen ac ivi ies
- Coaching he eam on cus omer in erac ions, credi decision making and risk managemen
- hinking broadly wi hin defined s ra egies and policies o mee business needs
- Holding mon hly 1:1 developmen and performance conversa ions; suppor ing eam members' career pa hways
- Fos ering key local business and commercial rela ionships wi h a focus on building he NAB brand in he communi y
- Collabora ing wi h your Colleagues o ensure regional bes prac ice success and learnings are recognised and celebra ed
- Collabora e wi h all in ernal key s akeholders o leverage he righ balance of specialisa ion in my region
- Embedding a disciplined opera ing rhy hm and making sure my eam unders ands he prac ices and policies o keep he bank safe
- Ac ively champion s ra egic ransforma ion agenda and change runway ini ia ives as hey land in o my business

he primary purpose of my role:

- Lead and suppor he Bankers in my eam o grow exis ing rela ionships and build new rela ionships wi h cus omers whils balancing risk and delivering he righ ou comes
- As he face of NAB, role model our values and behaviours in my communi y and leverage my deep unders anding of he local marke and broader indus ry rends
- Is o own he overall performance of my geography including cus omer ou comes, financial performance, opera ional managemen and mee ing he rising communi y expec a ions of banks
- Drive efficiencies and effec iveness across he eam, business par ners and overall value chain
- As a leader, I will co-crea e ini ia ives across he opera ing model o op imise cus omer service by collabora ing broadly across NAB wi h specialis s and par ners.

Wha you will bring:

- Significan banking background in ei her business, priva e, corpora e, credi, or specialised business, or equivalen professional experience in a rela ed career.
- Dep h and bread h of leadership of a eam, ideally wi h func ional and professional diversi y.
- Experience in bo h s ra egy developmen and execu ion
- Experience in building own and en erprise brand in he ex ernal marke.
- Change managemen exper ise.
