**About the role**:

**About You**:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Associate Director and the Research and Innovation Group Leadership team to offer strategic policy advice and support. Your expertise and insights will play a crucial role in driving the development of groundbreaking policies that fuel research and innovation.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Extensive knowledge of government policy development, decision making, management and accountability systems and processes.
- Proven high level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to successfully develop and maintain effective relationships and networks.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting strategic planning and policy development, implementation and evaluation processes.

**Remuneration**:
Competitive salary (ASO8 $117,554 min - $121,992 max pa) plus superannuation
