**The Opportunity**:
**You will have the security of a full-time permanent position that allows you to have creative input and the opportunity to take the lead on all marketing and communication functions within JAS-ANZ.**

It’s an opportunity to:

**The Role**:

- Develop and implement marketing and communications plans and campaigns
- Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media accounts
- Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Coordinate and manage events, including trade shows and conferences
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and media contacts
- Monitor and analyse market trends to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding

**The Ideal Person**:
You will be an experienced communications and marketing professional with a **tertiary qualification in communications/marketing** or a minimum of **4 years’ practical experience in the sector.**

You will also have the following skills/capabilities:

- High-quality communication skills, with strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Proven experience developing and implementing communication plans and strategies
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to anticipate and prioritise deadlines and timeframes

You must be willing to undergo a police check to be successful in this role.

**Salary / Rate**:

- **$95k - $100k + 10.5% super**:

- Permanent full-time opportunity
- Flexibility to work from home up to two days per week
- Office is located in Deakin, Canberra ACT
