- A new long term contract opportunity has come about with one of our clients who is an iconic Australian Brand. We are looking for a talented individual to lead solution design, providing technical leadership to our client's Salesforce Business-As-Usual (BAU) team and ensuring the alignment of our technical solutions with business goals.**Responsibilities**:

- Design innovative solutions that optimize our existing Salesforce business, Customer, and Commercial ecosystems for maximum business benefits.
- Create solutions that align with business outcomes and adhere to architecture roadmaps, maintaining architecture methods and standards.
- Offer day-to-day technical leadership to our Salesforce BAU team.
- Proactively identify and tackle delivery and technical challenges to ensure the successful achievement of business objectives.
- Foster a high-performing delivery culture that embodies our Qantas values.
- Lead solution implementation through an Agile delivery model.
- Collaborate closely with the Technology Product Owner and report to them.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficient in writing well-structured code using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML across relevant frameworks and languages.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git and advanced CI/CD tooling, Scratch Orgs, and Sandbox-based development.
- Demonstrable expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, complex systems integration, and both B2C & B2B models (highly desirable).
- Highly desirable experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales and Service Clouds, and integration.
- Ability to lead and coach technical teams, ensuring the delivery of BAU business outcomes.
- Proficient in defining the architectural alignment for project business cases, including deviations from target states or MVPs.
- Skilled in leading technical teams during periods of significant change with a collaborative approach to BAU delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance on best practices and Salesforce releases.

**Location**: Sydney (Hybrid Working)
- **Contract Rate**: $950 - $1050 per day
