An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
**Maintenance**
**Coordinator** to join Brandbank. Reporting directly to the Head of Leasing, you will be responsible for receiving and logging maintenance requests, coordinating repairs across the portfolio of retail stores throughout the business, and be involved in maintenance works required within the head office.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Coordinate & manage all planned, reactive & proactive maintenance for 300+ stores across the globe, with a strong focus on OH&S compliance & brand image
- Receive and log maintenance and repair requests received by stores and head office
- Receive and evaluate quotes from relevant contractors and suppliers to arrange repairs
- Negotiate costs from contractors and suppliers where required.
- Prepare & submit purchase orders for maintenance related works
- Manage processes for planned essential and preventive maintenance accounts
- Ensure invoices are received and processed in accordance with company polices

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a retail business or shop-fitting environment would be beneficial, not essential
- Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving & customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs - incl. Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to negotiate business desired outcomes
