**About the role**:
The Technical Services Delivery Manager is tasked with the comprehensive oversight of project delivery, which encompasses managing the budget, scope, and schedule to ensure the highest levels of stakeholder engagement. This role requires guiding various projects through to successful delivery, with a particular emphasis on Cyber Security and Infrastructure. A strong background in these areas is crucial, alongside proficiency in Primary Technologies such as Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Applications Packager, Rapid 7, and Broadcom Data Centre Security Engineering.

**Important Skills/Experience**:
Familiarity and/or commercial experience with the following:

- Management of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 product suite
- Information Security Manual (ISM)
- Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
- The Essential Eight:

- patch operating systems
- multi-factor authentication
- restrict administrative privileges
- restrict Microsoft Office macros
- regular backups.
