About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to role manage the operational delivery of clinical services for a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals providing case management, assessment and treatment to older consumers with a mental illness within both community and inpatient settings.
About you
- Lead service improvement, service evaluation, research and change initiatives to promote continuous quality improvements and the achievement of best practice standards and Key Performance Indicators.
- Proactively plan labour and non-labour expenditure and manage the financial resources of the team for efficient and effective delivery of the health service within a defined budget.
- Build and maintain a supportive and innovative team culture through effective self, peer and team evaluation, timely giving and receiving of feedback and positive problem solving.
- Provide a range of assessment, intervention and treatment services which meet the health needs of older consumers and carers with mental health issues and aged-related co-morbidities.
