Key responsibilities

**As the Manger, you will specifically**:

- Lead and manage a service delivery team culture, building capability in relation to sourcing, contract management, strategy, project delivery and performance.
- Provide procurement services to the agency ensuring alignment with whole of government procurement and category approaches.
- Undertake whole of government and/or agency procurement performance monitoring and reporting.
- Actively manage, develop, consult and negotiate challenging and complex internal and external stakeholder relationships, including internal clients, suppliers, industry, peer organisations and public sector bodies.
- Work in partnership with stakeholder groups to develop and execute market research, risk analysis, sourcing strategies, procurement plans, evaluation plans and matrices, contract specifications, supplier performance management plans as required for the program.
- Establish and maintain systems and processes to ensure corporate systems, project records and reports are robust, accurate, consistent and complete.

- Has the ability to establish and managing the ongoing development of productive working relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and team members.
- Every staff member is expected to role model leadership behaviours. This role requires the leadership capabilities of a team leader as outlined in the Leadership competencies for Queensland booklet.
