**Key Responsibilities for this position include**
- Reception duties including greeting patients, verifying their information, managing sign-ins, and ensuring they are comfortable, taking calls, establishing connections with our existing patients and presenting treatment plans following appointments
- Manage appointment books to optimise production time and availability for new patients
- Book new appointments from existing patients and initiate new ideas to book new patients
- Manage open treatment plans, recalls and cancellation patient list
- Generate marketing content for social media
- Manage and coordinate with supplier, lab, specialists for related work
- Handle billing inquiries, processing payments, preparing invoices, and explaining insurance benefits and payment options to patients
- Assist dentist in all of chair-side dental procedures on a regular basis
- Deliver exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
- Perform instrument reprocessing and sterilisation on a regular basis
- Interacting with patients in a friendly and approachable manner and assist them with their queries, booking follow up appointments, post treatment plans
- Fostering professional relationships with dentists and other staff at the centre
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Administrative duties of document management, file management and referral coordination
- Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are tidy and welcoming, managing office supplies, and coordinating with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
