**About the role**

We are looking for a Change and Adoption Lead within eHealth NSW Program Delivery Directorate to drive the high level buy-in and adoption through the development of change management strategies and roadmaps, working with local change representatives to overcome resistance, leading the implementation of change activities throughout the program/project lifecycle and working in collaboration with other stakeholders to meet program/project schedules and objectives.

Your role will sit amongst peers in the Change and Adoption team. In addition to working on some of NSW Health’s most transformative digital projects, you will also support the ongoing development of best practice methodologies, including contributing to the establishment of a centre of excellence for this discipline, for the benefit of eHealth NSW more broadly.

**About you**

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:

- Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Proven capacity to contribute and implement strategic initiatives, including the ability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage
- Experience in creating and executing change artefacts to support project goals, including working with stakeholders to build plans across change, communications, coaching and training, resistance management and business readiness
- Initiate major project communication activities to build awareness amongst program teams and key stakeholders, improve program understanding and promote organisational goals, values and objectives.
- Strong influencing skills, proficient in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, across all levels of an organisation
