**_Our client is a leading family-owned property development firm with assets across various industries spanning from innovative industrial buildings to residential and corporate assets. They seek a Facilities Coordinator to manage a modern and innovative site with an onsite wellness centre focusing on energy efficiency. It is a modern commercial business complex spread over 11 hectares with large multinational organisations tenants and is well-served by transport links. It is a highly regarded asset in its overall property portfolio in Melbourne’s South-Eastern suburbs. _**

**Your Opportunity**

Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager and working very closely with the onsite Facilities Manager, you will have an excellent opportunity to learn and develop alongside a strong support structure. You will have a multipurpose role ranging from tenant and contractor coordination to day-to-day administration works to support the Facilities Manager.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Effectively managing the overall presentation, management, and operation of the busy precinct
- Manage incoming contractors, work, and purchase orders, planned building maintenance management, contractor compliance checks and maintenance schedule compliance
- Develop positive relationships with tenants allowing for easy communication and resolution of any issues
- Ensure all Essential Safety Measures testing and compliance requirements are achieved as per legislative requirements.
- Help manage, maintain and promote sustainability initiatives

**Your Skillsets and Attributes**:

- Experience in the Facilities Management industry with good administrative skills and a willingness to learn and deliver a high level of customer service
- Drive, energy, and commitment to successfully multi-task and problem solve
- Ideally, trade, TAFE, or tertiary qualified or a strong drive to learn and develop professionally
- Good knowledge of facilities management software is preferred but not necessary.
