Seeking a Die Cut Operator for a permanent full-time Afternoon/Night shift role for an internationally renowned Western Sydney based company at the forefront of high tech, innovative and sustainable manufacturing.

Working within an integral cohort and reporting to the Die Cutting Manager, you will convert and embellish flat end or printed sheets into single units to be folded & glued in a timely manner.

**Overview of role**:

- Assess product for meeting quality standards, undertake quality checks
- Operate die cutting machine to meet quality and productivity requirements
- Monitor machine operation to ensure continuous running
- Conduct routine maintenance in accordance with the Daily Equipment Care checklist
- Coordinate and liaise with offsider to ensure jobs are prepped

**About you**:

- Knowledge of cutting and creasing
- Understanding flatbed die cutting machinery
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read technical drawings
