Office Receptionist

Joss Services are looking for a motivated receptionist to join our multi-service company based in our Norwest office.
The role will initially start off at 3 days a week with the potential to move to 5 days.
You will be provided with quality supervision and mentoring to ensure that you have
adequate and appropriate professional development.
You will be a vital part to the team in managing the front reception.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming calls, transferring calls and taking detailed messages intended for the right recipient,
- Greeting clients to the office, taking client intakes and setting up new client files,
- Responding to client enquiries over the phone and in person,
- Managing mail.
- Assisting from time to time on the internal bar
**The successful applicant**
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail,
- Experience in Microsoft suite,
- Positive energy and a can-do attitude,
- Confidence in dealing with client's both over the phone and in person,
- Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise daily responsibilities.
- RSA
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $22.31 - $31.76 per hour
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
