POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their queries are promptly addressed and their experience is exceptional. Your expertise in diary/calendar management will be put to good use as you coordinate appointments, meetings, and associated documentation. Get ready to showcase your exceptional organisational skills as you reconcile credit card expenditure, draft and edit correspondence, and prepare captivating presentations that inspire and engage the community. From managing logistics for meetings and events to conducting data analysis and preparing insightful reports, your contributions will make a significant impact on the smooth functioning of the school.
As a Personal Assistant, you will have the opportunity to be involved in special projects, cocurricular administration, and support the HR functions.
