Reporting into our Senior Change Manager, the myWorkplace team is embedded in our People Culture and Workplace Directorate, and partners with the organisation to introduce more flexible and collaborative ways of working at Council across multiple sites.

**About the role**

**On a daily basis you will:
- Work closely with the Senior Change Manager to implement change management strategies, plans and activities associated with the implementation of new, more flexible and collaborative ways of working and provide advice on communications and engagement strategies and practices.
- Manage engagement with leaders and staff at all levels of council around behavioural change required to work in more flexible ways, including regular engagement through a network of business unit change champions.
- Work with directorates to use the change as an opportunity to challenge and reengineer processes and work practices.
- Develop and implement a range of readiness initiatives to prepare staff at every level of Council to work in more flexible and collaborative ways, including addressing identified training and skilling gaps.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative approaches to drive transformation and create a culture of change
- Communicatee effectively with a diverse stakeholder group to drive understanding and buy-in of change plans.

**About you**

Critical to your success in this role will be your unique perspective on change and a track record of driving results through creative approaches. You will have a deep understanding of change management methodologies and the ability to think outside the box. Your experience and skills may also include:

- Expert leadership in Change Management (approx. 7+ years), previous experience in developing and implementing large, complex behavioural based change projects.
- Qualifications in Change Management, Human Resources, Communications or Project Management
- You will have superior communication and engagement skills and a demonstrated ability to explain complex and technical information in easy-to-understand language.
- You will have the ability to influence and hold high-level discussions with a broad range of stakeholders and tailor key messages to a diverse audience that will be impacted by these changes.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential and previous experience with large, complex organisational change projects will be highly regarded.

**What’s on offer**

We are offering an attractive remuneration from $128,938 - $141,967+ superannuation.
