As the Supervisor Qantas Agency Connect, your main responsibility will be to provide effective leadership, development, appraisal, mentoring and people management to QAC Sales Consultants in your team to ensure that Key Performance Indicators and QAC policy and process standards are met. Additionally you will be required to improve staff productivity and efficiency through leading by example, communication, problem solving, training, feedback and performance planning.

You’ll have:

- Extensive Travel Centre, Travel agent, Telephone Sales or Airline experience
- Extensive knowledge of AQIRE/Amadeus and support equipment
- Strong oral and written skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with agents, staff and management
- Full knowledge of Sales policies, procedures and audit guidelines
- Sound knowledge of Qantas Airways, its products, services and systems
- Working knowledge of competitor pricing, products and services.
- Strong Customer Service background, with a focus on the requirements of Corporate & Travel Industry Clients.
- Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure to meet customer expectations
- Ability to negotiate
- Self-motivated with skills in influencing, developing and motivating staff
