Investa is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Experience Team as a **Customer Experience & Marketing Manager**. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional tenant experiences and driving marketing performance.
As the **Customer Experience & Marketing Manager**, you will deliver a seamless tenant experience through events, while also developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase engagement with our tenants and team. This dynamic role requires strong communication skills, marketing and event experience, organisation, and time management to ensure success.

**Key responsibilities but are not limited to**:

- Managing event activation for two assets
- Implement customer-centric model for your portfolio and drive the tenant engagement plans
- Build strong tenant relationships
- Partner with your team to enhance tenant engagement plans
- Increase engagement for Investa's base building, through our occupant experience app, Insite and events
- Manage external contractors and agencies for content and activations
- Write monthly team newsletters and manage Insite content with the support from your team
- Manage design and artwork for campaigns and activations in Canva for the team
- Provide operational support for the Property Managers
- Partner with onsite concierge services and our content provider to deliver successful in-building events
- Support retailers with promotional opportunities through Insite engagement programs

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Tertiary qualification in property and/or related customer service discipline advantageous but not essential
- Proven content writing and publishing skills in a digital environment
- Strong administration skills
- Strong organisation skills and time management
- Experience managing events and campaigns
- Competent in MS Word and Excel
- Marketing and design skills in Canva across digital marketing and other modalities
- Ability to build strong relationship, show empathy, active listening and collaborate with others
- Clear communication skills both verbal and written, creative writing and light report writing
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Able to analyse data and make recommendations
