Support Worker required to provide services to a client based in Glenroy

**Shifts Available**:

- Monday to Sunday (24/7 Shift)

7am-10am Personal care assistance

9-5pm - Day shift

5pm-8pm - Personal care assistance

5pm-9am - Sleepover

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Person Specification for Support Worker**

Must have a car and valid driver's license.

**Responsibilities of Support Worker**:
Provide assistance with personal care tasks.

Good verbal communication skills

Assisting with the completion of care plans, risk assessments, reviews, incident & accident reporting

Supporting the client with daily routines

Supporting the client with community access

Supporting the client with in house and external activities

Adhering to company policies and procedures

**Support Worker needs to have**:
1. Current relevant qualification.

2. First Aid Certificate

3. Eligibility To Work in Australia

4. Driver's License

5. Car Insurance Details

6. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

8. COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

9. Police Check (Fit to work is fine)

10. Medication Administration Certificate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $34.00 per hour
