**Student Support Officer**

Magnus Recruitment is Australia's leading recruitment agency for the education and training sector. We provide trainers to various Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) throughout Australia

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the position of **Student**
**Support Officer **for the upcoming program in Sydney.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a full range of administrative and clerical support services in relation to the operation of the overall student support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the senior level management, including the preparation and distribution of agendas, progress reports, updates, meeting papers and other secretariat functions as required
- Ensure awareness of relevant college training policies and procedure
- Provide on-going support and assistance to the students in regards to their ongoing study
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as required.
- Wisenet experience
- A team player with strong organisation skills
- Sound knowledge of the VET sector
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellence in trainers and clients focus

Desirable, but not essential:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessments (TAE40116) or higher or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units
- Previous experience in a classroom-based training & assessment.
