**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for two new team members to join the Safety & Wellbeing team based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

As a **Safety & Wellbeing Specialist**, you will support the strategic and operational safety and wellbeing work activities across all areas of Australian Retirement Trust (ART). You will develop and implement the safety and wellbeing framework for ART taking responsibility for the promotion and delivery of robust safety and wellbeing strategies, policies, processes, and procedures considering best practice and the operational needs of the business, ensuring ART complies with current Work Health and Safety legislation.

As the **Rehabilitation & Return to Work Specialist**, you will support the organisation to mitigate and reduce injury and illness in the workplace. This will see you work closely with our People & Culture Business Partners and People Leaders providing general advice and support to manage long term absences, illness, injuries and return to work plans along with other safety and wellbeing matters.

Both roles are available as a **permanent** opportunities.

We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend our **Brisbane**, **Sydney** or **Melbourne** office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS and/or HR.
- Return to work and rehabilitation coordinator qualification.
- Experience in WHS/ER case management including illness, injury and return to work, including workers compensation claims.
- Strong knowledge of employment and work health and safety legislation for each Australian state/territory/jurisdiction.
- Self-motivated with strong planning and organisational skills, enabling ability to manage and prioritise competing priorities and work within set timeframes.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential information.
