**Who are we looking for?**
We're looking for someone who has consistently exceeded expectations in attracting and acquiring top talent, whether in-house or through agency experience. You have a deep knowledge of the recruitment life cycle and best practices, with the ability to implement innovative strategies to optimise our hiring process.

- A background working in the technology industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobadder) and other relevant technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter) will allow you to hit the ground running.

**Salary**: Up to $80,000 - $100,000+Super depending on experience.

This role is a 12-month fixed-term position with the possibility to go permanent and immediate start available. It is a hybrid position working 3 days in the office and 2 WFH each week reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
