Goodstart Early Learning is currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our supportive and dynamic team. You will proactively source and drive a large volume of talent acquisition activities across a dedicated area of our operations. Be a valued team member who makes a difference every day. Utilise your excellent customer service skills to provide a great experience, that results in quality hiring to Goodstart values and in line with our governance to protect the safety of our children.

**Your Impact**:

- Proactively lead talent acquisition activities with timely and meaningful updates
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail and governance across the life TA cycle
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across Goodstart to foster collaborative decision making and hiring decisions

**You’ll bring to the table**:

- Experience in a high volume talent acquisition function is preferred but not necessary
- An understanding of the talent acquisition journey.
- Experience operating in a high-performance work environment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflows based on stakeholder priorities.
- Proven ability to solve problems and make measured decision.
- Demonstrated ability to show high attention to detail.
