We currently have an opportunity for a **Data Analyst **to join our team. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision making across our organisation.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Technology & Innovation function; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.

**What you’ll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Collaborate with cross-functional and operational teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven innovative technology solutions that deliver business value across the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services BU.
- Present solution concepts and provide recommendations to support the business in developing business cases.
- Collect, clean, transform data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity while analysing and interpreting large data sets to identify patterns, trends and correlations.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and visualisations to present data insights.
- Develop and maintain data models and databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Participate in technical solution design presentations and demonstrations.
- Develop, test, deliver, and support solutions in line with internal governance standards and best practice.

**What you’ll bring**
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics).
- Proven data analysis experience in a business or organisational setting with Facilities Management, Asset Services or Maintenance experience is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction & data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform - Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse/CDS.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R and data governance and privacy regulations and knowledge of Azure Services is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
