**Your Opportunity**

Our Fundraising and Marketing Team is embarking on a period of significant growth in line with Mission Australia’s fundraising strategy. This new and exciting role has been implemented to lead and manage the growth of face-to-face acquisition activities.

This role will see you focus on our significant growth investment strategy that will see doubled gross in regular giving income by FY28. You will be responsible for managing, analysing and reporting on all Face-to-face programs, both current and new, to meet defined goals.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Review Strategic Planning for RG F2F programs and provide input to refine goals/implementation plans for Year 1 initially (FY24)
- Negotiate new F2F fundraising supplier performance targets and contractual obligations with selected agencies, incorporating optimal acquisition rates/ timings, channels, locations and cost ratios
- Review current F2F program and historical acquisition/retention activities and results
- Work closely with Regular Giving Manager, oversee and manage all aspects of F2F fundraising supplier relationships: including regular WIP meetings & liaison, program briefings, collateral production requirements, data transfer processes and reporting
- Onboard new suppliers, ensuring incorporation of latest fundraising propositions, supporter communication plans, statistics and brand/media activity
- Work closely and collaboratively with Regular Giving team, and Individual Giving team, to ensure broader fundraising program synergy and efficiencies
- Be accountable for F2F regular giving income and expenditure budgets, producing regular financial reports and presenting acquisition modelling and forecasts as required
- Deliver pre-and post
- campaign planning and analysis, providing regular updates on progress to IG Team, leadership team and broader F&M team as requested

**Requirements for Success**
- At least 1 years’ proven experience managing / executing F2F acquisition campaigns
- Strong experience in F2F supplier management, ideally including contract negotiations
- Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms, along with Regular Giving campaign reporting and analysis
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing F2F expenditure budgets
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Bachelor or post graduate qualification in Fundraising, Business, Commerce or Marketing, or relevant professional experience is desirable
