Our Claims Service Consultants are dedicated to assist our customers in their moment of need.
An exciting opportunity has opened to join the Retail Property Team as a Claims Service Consultant delivering a market leading customer experience by providing expert claims service for Customers and Agents.
As an Allianz Claims Service Consultant, you'll be there to assist our customers with Property based claims as a reassuring first point of contact. You will demonstrate strong decision making skills and strive to meet our customer's expectations by ensuring a professional and courteous experience is delivered to each and every customer.
You will be assisting our customers to deliver an easy claims process - for people who love to help others, this role is highly rewarding.
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Managing a portfolio of Retail Property claims in a timely and cost-effective manner, with the opportunity to upskill into large loss claims
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained with our internal and external customers while building a network of professional relationships
- Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders to report on claim developments and potential strategic opportunities.
- Using your technical experience to thoroughly investigate and assess claims to ensure that appropriate strategies are being implemented and pursued
- Active communication and negotiation with other Insurer and parties with a view to achieving the best possible outcome for all stakeholders involved
- Managing Complaints within GiCOP standands
