Marketing Specialist

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven marketing specialist with excellent marketing, sales, and customer relations skills to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will drive brand awareness, coordinate marketing campaigns, and participate in business development initiatives within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise effectively with the senior management in developing marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer requirements, trends, and competitor analysis
- Drive and maintain brand awareness across all marketing channels and communications.
- Plan, develop and organise advertising policies and campaigns to support sales.
- Carry out promotional campaigns by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Analyse market data to assess the effectiveness of the campaign, measure ROI, and inform future strategies for continuous improvement.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in marketing roles,
- Strong proficiency in market research, campaign planning, and execution,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,
- Proficiency in marketing analytical tools and platforms,
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,
- A proactive and innovative mindset
