It's all about... the role:
As an Internal Technical Sales professional, you will be the cog that keeps the NSW sales engine running smoothly, ensuring exceptional support and managing a spectrum of customer interactions with the precision of a well-oiled machine. You will be responsible for promptly addressing customer queries, maintaining customer records, and coordinating sales and service activities. Your role will also involve identifying and nurturing sales leads, expanding their customer database, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, and effectively managing stock control. Additionally, you'll play a critical role in the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods. In collaboration with their Sales Engineers in WA, VIC, and NSW, you will contribute to their commitment to excellence and the growth of their business.
