**About the role**

As the Receptionist you will be reporting directly to the Office Manager at their North Sydney head office. This is a role with a lot of variety and scope to grow within the business, a great opportunity to expand your knowledge base for the right person

**Key Responsibilities**

As the successful applicant for this role, you will be responsible for;
- Answer phones and direct calls in a professional manner
- Greet guests and notify staff of their arrival
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Manage deliveries to and from the office
- Assist with arranging and booking events
- Assist with arranging and booking social club events
- Book travel in line with company policies as directed
- Administrative tasks

**Skills & experience**
- **A minimum of 3 years in a Receptionist / Administrative role.**:

- Possess excellent attention to detail, phone manner and communication skills
- Be professionally presented
- Ability to multi task
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- You must be a permanent resident to apply
- Fully vaccinated
