To support the growing portfolio of departments across Mort & Co, we are currently looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our team. This role will be is responsible for providing timely and accurate advice across the employment lifecycle including (but not limited to); Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Job Design, Industrial Relations, Remuneration, Development, Engagement, Reporting and Policy Development. This fast-paced and rewarding position provides an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver operational HR solutions for Mort & Co.

**Functions**:

- Provide generalist information and advice on HR processes, policies, forms and information to all levels of the business
- Provide support on industrial relations matters, underpinned by a strong working knowledge of the Enterprise Agreement
- Contribute to the development of frameworks, policies, processes, and systems.
- Support the People & Culture Manager in the implementation of strategic people initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience working with leaders and employees to achieve positive HR outcomes
- Bachelor of Business, Human Resources or relevant industry or equivalent experience.
- Sound knowledge and experience in a broad range of contemporary people, culture, and safety issues.
- Experience in supporting Workplace, Health and Safety system and training requirements highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving ability, advanced communication skills and high-level negotiation techniques.
- Possesses a strong work ethic and uses initiative and remains level-headed under pressure.
